LFF4107 - LookupRulesNotCopied

With Forms 10.3.1, the ability to transfer Forms XML process files and the associated lookup rules was introduced whereby the rules would be disabled on upload to different Forms server. I have used this successfully and have also encountered where it is not working getting LFF4107 message.

Instead of the Imported Rules being turned off, they aren't present at all.

For this particular process, it was successfully transferred in one direction but not in the reverse direction. Both servers on Forms 10.3.1. Anyone else experience this?

Hi Fearghal,

I checked that the error LFF4107-LookupRulesNotCopied was not used at all on Forms 10.3.1, so I couldn't find a cause for this error to show up.

Did you try importing the same xml file to different servers? If it worked in one direction but not in the reverse, can you check the server where it did not work and see if the installation was indeed 10.3.1 by checking the dll files inside Forms/bin folder?

Thanks Rui. Checked all servers and the problem server had 10.3.1 installed but the config files hadn't updated on upgraded from 10.0.3 (Beta) so a fresh install resolved the problem. Now getting correct LFF4121-LookupRulesCopiedButDisabled message so all is good.
