Web Access should not cache custom tab content

We have some Laserfiche Forms mapped to Web Access custom tabs. They work really well, except we have run into a situation. Any changes made to the forms aren't reflected in the custom tab. We realized we have to clear the browser cache to make the updated form display.

Can this please be changed? Thank you.

Since this is the browser deciding to use a cached response from another server, Web Access doesn't actually have much influence here.  If you want to troubleshoot this, you'll want to see what kind of expiration or cache headers Forms is sending when the form is loaded initially.

I set this up internally and after making changes to the form, am seeing those reflected in the web client on a simple page refresh. I also tried refreshing just the pane and that retrieved the changes as well. How are you setting this up? What kind of changes are you making to the form?
