Probably an easy answer, but how do you move a licensed quick fields installation on a pc to another pc?
You can uninstall and it will automatically reach out to the license server and deactivate the key (assuming your online), so that you can use it again on any workstation.
There is also a manual command line based method to do it without uninstalling.

uninstalled and tried reinstalling and activating and get this error.
we have also already tried this...
activation.laserfiche.com is the public activation server. It is saying that it can't reach it. The server accepts pings so try to contact the server from that workstation with a ping. If it responds make sure you can telnet into it on port 80 to make sure there is no funny routing issues happening.
after saving and closing out completely of the file in the above KB article it worked and connected.
