Access Only to Documents Labelled With a Specific Year

Hi there,

We have a meta data template which includes a field for the document's year. Is it possible to restrict user access only to documents labelled with certain years?

Filter expressions will do what you are after. Keep in mind that using filter expressions is bad for performance. If you can, it would be a good idea to figure out another way to organize the documents that will allow you to use regular security to restrict access.
