Has anyone encountered any issues with the Kodak i3400 scanner.

It will install when selecting source in scanner setup and it shows in the list, but when scan is pressed nothing happens.

My customer has tried it on a different PC and he has uninstalled and reinstalled.

He is running LF Windows Client 10.1.1.254 on a Windows 10 OS

When using the Windows Scan Application it works fine. He is using the TWAIN driver.
