Is LIve Chat Dead?

I have been trying to chat with someone from LF last few days but no response.

Live Chat is working fine from our end. You may have come in during a time when we are not yet fully staffed (i.e. before 8:00 AM Pacific). It's also recommended to provide a fully detailed summary of your issue.

Please try coming back into chat when you are available.
