Hi Susan,

In order to include both criteria in your report, you'll want to use the "+Add another set of filters" button and then add that second Organizational Group constraint.

This will also include the instances that have the second number, therefore allowing you to report on both.

Basically, adding filters in one box (using the Add Filter button) will function like an "AND" search and only give back instances that meet both criteria. For example, if you wanted to report for instances where Organizational Group is 6411 and the start date was yesterday, you would add both of those in the same set of filters. 

One final note, both the "is equal to" and "contains" operators will work; I just used contains for my test.
