We are experiencing major issues with LF Rio 10.3.1 with importer and OCRing.  We offloaded our importer on our Workflow server to do OCRing of our documents and we are seeing major CPU and memory use from the LFOCR engine. It is spawning off processes and not closing them out. Eating up memory and server. Appear to be leaky app or something else. My VAR put a ticket into LF support but still have no answers. It is critical that we get this OCRing of documents fixed. It's very important to have these documents OCR'd as we use them for court operations.
