Accessing Laserfiche from remote server Using SDK

Dears,

I've Laserfiche server installed on a server (Srv1) and I need to access it from another server (Srv2) not in same network.

Laserfiche server has a static IP and I can ping and access installed Webclient.

I need to connect to (Srv1) using SDK from (Srv2), what happened is a connection opened on (Srv1) and I can see it from Administration Console but the returned response to (Srv2) is "Operation timed out".

Ports 80 and 5051 open between them.

Also , I can't access (Srv1) thorough Windows client  from (Srv2) Error: "Could not connect to the Laserfiche Server."

 

Could you please help me.

You need to figure out what is preventing the LF client on Svr2 from connecting to LFS on Svr1.  If your client cannot connect, then your application will not be able to either.

Focus on the traffic between the servers to try to find where it is being blocked.

Is there any ports need to be opened except 80 , 5051 on laserfiche server?

Hi Paulo,

I think better solution is to put them in same network or using VPN.
