You might check if you are in Basic or Standard scanning mode.    Basic mode will hide those options.

Go to C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Temp and delete all Laserfiche temp files. They are Temp files and will be recreated, but double check any critical settings like resolution after you restart to make sure they are correct. We followed the instruction that says to delete "LFTwain.Cache", but that alone did not resolve the problem. Also, we are on Laserfiche 11 in 2025, so some version of this is still alive and well all these years later.
