Hi Faisal,

The only way to do this is to create a user task for every user that needs to update and insert more data. You can enable an email notification that will send a link to the form for easy accessibility.

If you are looking to send a fillable PDF to users, you can create a workflow that will map data from the form captured in Laserfiche Forms onto a fillable PDF. Then, you can send the fillable PDF via email as a link or an attachment.
