Forms Process How to Stop Approval that is not responded to.

Is there a way to stop a Forms process after a period of time, if an approval is not responded to. Want to automatically stop a process if the person that needs to approve it does not. Have issue with users not responding to emails sent to them stating that they need to approve a request.

Hi Fay,

You can attach a timer event to your user task. Configure it to 'Interrupt the attached activity' and the user task will be cancelled and the timer event path will be followed, allowing it to possibly send a notification of the cancellation or ..., and eventually end the process.
