LF10.3.1: Error during import msg with attach file from local drive

Who are facing error during to import msg with attach file from local drive when msg file attach with any file type.

'Value cannot be null. Parameter name: path2

Template pop-up without auto fill with blank name that usually should have subject msg name in the field name and LF not allow to import.

But msg without file attach pop up template with auto fill msg subject and allow to import!

Hi Somjeat,

I recommend opening a support case. If you can, please include a sample MSG that reliably reproduces the issue. In addition, I recommend including the following:

1. a video reproducing the issue

2. a screenshot of Windows client (not web) Options dialog->New Documents->Outlook

3. a screenshot of Admin console->Repository Options->Settings->Properties dialog->Outlook Import

4. exported attributes of a user who can reproduce the issue.

5. text logs on the Web Client server from C:\ProgramData\Laserfiche\WebAccess\EventLog (turn on debug logging first at Configuration page->diagnostics->Event logging).
