We recently upgraded to Weblink 10 and are trying to add custom links. When we click save, the custom link that we just created vanishes.
What can be done to get this working again?

We might need some more information from you in order to reproduce the issue and resolve the case.
1- Which WebLink version did you upgrade it from and which WebLink version did you upgrade it to? You can find the WebLink version information from:
- WebLink10 Designer>upper right user name dropdown>About.
- WebLink9 Designer>top bar>Help dropdown>About laserfiche weblink designer
2- Have you used the "WebLink Settings Bundler" to export & import files for the upgrade?
3- Is there a specific custom link type that cannot be saved such as Folder, Document, Search form or external urls ?

I'm currently on version 10.0.0.915. I no longer have access to my Weblink 9.
I'm trying to link it to a folder in my repository. I'm able to search the folder, name the link and it shows up as per below. However, as soon as I hit save, it disappears from the list.

I cannot reproduce the issue by testing upgrade from WebLink9.0.1.350 to WebLink10.0.0.915. I tested in Chrome/IE/Firefox by creating a custom link of all types, and unfortunately did not see the issue.
It would be more helpful if you could open a support case with your reseller and we could try to troubleshoot it from there.

The EXACT same thing is happening to me using Weblink 11. When I create a custom link in weblink that points to a search form. As SOON as I click the saved button the custom link I just created disappears.
