Laserfiche client cannot login and Account Locked 9011

I'm moving Laserfiche users from "Users" to "Windows Accounts" from Laserfiche 9.2 Admin Console.

After migrating those Laserfiche users from "Users" folder to "Windows Accounts"

Several Laserfiche  users reported cannot login , error code 9011 and Account Locked.

Error Message: Account locked. [9011]

Did you upgrade your server to version 10?  If so you need to upgrade the client as well for windows authentication to work.
