We have been experiencing a strange issue for the past month with dragging attachments from the repository to Outlook in an email. This was not an issue before and I'm not sure what has changed, we have been on version 10.1 for quite a while now, though we will be going to 10.3.1 soon. Sometimes the first drag works, but our legal department in particular frequently drags several attachments into an email. What happens is that it produces the below error:
This happens after the file does not appear in Outlook, and the user attempts to navigate to another folder or do anything in the repository, then they have to restart Laserfiche. We have been in contact with our VAR, and they have been in contact with Laserfiche and tried a few different things including reinstalling both Laserfiche AND Outlook with no results. I'm just wondering if anyone else has experienced this issue before and might have some feedback? Thanks!
