Interactive calendar form to reserve meeting rooms

Hello,

Has any one heard of a use case using a Laserfiche form where an outlook calendar is embedded, and people could see open time slots, and request to reserve a meeting room for that time?

Hi Brian,

If your calendar gives you a URL, then you can embed the calendar into a form using a Custom HTML field. Use this in the HTML tab when editing the field to create a iframe: <iframe id="myframe" src="enterURLhere" width="100%" height="800px"></iframe>

Creating an iframe provides users majority of actions available on the actual website (e.g., reserve a meeting room). Hope this helps!
