Hello,

We have a customer, who would like to upgrade to Import Agent 10.3.1 and use the Email Archiving feature.

They are wanting to know if the following would be possible:

Is IA capable of stripping off a .PDF from the email and storing that (not the email, but just the attachment to it) in the Laserfiche repository (rendering the Subject line as pipe delimited LST file that becomes the PDF’s metadata)?

Yes, Email Archiver is capable of storing the attachment only. Here is a screenshot of configuring that functionality:
