Hi,

I am trying to generate a new application instance of Laserfiche Forms with the Forms Portal feature.

The Forms Portal license was previously used on a Forms Server that did not require the Portal feature. I removed this instance, and generated a new instance for that server without the Portal feature. I then tried to generate a Forms Portal instance for the new server, that we want to have the Portal feature on. That is when I receive the error "The feature 'Forms Portal' has reached the licence limit. [2080]".

We are using Laserfiche License Manager 8.3.1, and RIO 10.3.

Is there something additional I need to do to unregister this application instance, or might there be something else I need to do elsewhere to have this happen?

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
