My client is running into an issue where they have setup import agent profiles to import from redirected folders. The folder is on a shared drive but it each folder redirects to a user's computer where they store their scans.

When opened in windows explorer it works fine and when setting up the IA profile it selects the folder correctly, but when running the profile it states that it can't find the location that was set.

The client would prefer to have it setup through redirected folders, and wanted me to confirm if it was or was not supported that way in import agent.

They are on IA 10. has anyone else have any experience with this form of importing? Thanks!
