Getting error when trying to add Groups in FormsConfig

Getting an error when trying to add groups to FormsConfig under User Authentication. We are on Laserfiche Forms 10.3

After looking at the event log, looks like the issue may be a Web.Config problem:

Have tried to remove a group, add a group, change the forms system admin user all with the same result.

Anyone else experiencing this issue?

Just in case any one else runs into this issue as we did when upgrading from 10.2 to 10.3. Laserfiche has a hotfix for the License Manager. Get with Laserfiche to get and updated LicenseManagerObjects.dll.
