Can not do full text search of new documents uploaded to Laserfiche

Hi,

We recently noticed that new files uploaded to Laserfiche are not being searched or it seems like they are not being OCR'ed. However, Laserfiche says they are OCR'ed and Indexed but I still cannot search for text inside the document.

Example:

The 3 files that do not have Relevance Ratings are not having the text in the file being searched. The only reason they come up in this search result is because I searched by entry name as well as text. I know for a fact that the word text in the files that do not have relevance ratings but Laserfiche is not seeing that. According to laserfiche they are OCR'ed and Indexed (seen in image above).

Any help would be appreciated.

Can you post a screen shot of how your search is set up?

The only way to see the test pdf file I have to have search entry names checked. If that is unchecked that pdf will not be in the results. On the pdf, I have the text "test pdf". However, it seems our search does not have the information indexed or something.

Have you tried the search with a different user? Narrow down if it is an LF problem or a user profile problem?

This same issue is happening with other uses as well.

Do you get any results at all when performing text searches?

When performing text searches the top three results will show up. The results that actually have a Relevance rating show up if I uncheck "Search Entry Names".
