What does a exclamation mark on the icon file mean?

Does anybody know the meaning of a exclamation mark on the icon of a document in Laserfiche?

That explains it, the file extension is xlsm or xltm and that is the corresponding icon for the file type in windows. It's a different icon on my machine, I have office 2013.

The Laserfiche client doesn't add that, it is probably some other application that integrates with Excel.  Check if Windows Explorer show the same exclamation mark for excel files on your local disk.

Everything I have read says that it is a Microsoft thing and just means that the document contains Macros.
