How do I chnage the credentials that are used when I open WEblink in IE?  I would like to use another account but cannot figure out how to change the user name and password.

There is a WebLink administration tool that is installed on the WebLink server.  You need to remote into that machine and run that application to change the settings.  Note that starting in WebLink 10, these settings are available through a web interface.

I tried turning off the auto login but I cannot login with my windows user name and password.  I get "The domain username or password is incorrect." I have tried domain\username and username nothing will log me in.

Are the credentials valid on the WebLink machine?  In many scenarios the WebLink server will not be on the domain, but that is where the impersonation needs to take place for the authentication to succeed.

So the issue is during trouble shooting I used my credentials and now I can't change the default back to the users credentials so when they open Weblink on their PC it is using my account.  How do I change it back to their active directory account?

It sounds like you want to choose "Windows Authentication", "Automatically log in" and "Use the accessing user's account".  Note that this configuration may require that you set up Kerberos.  There are white papers that cover this on the support site.
