You can find instructions on how to view and modify the search thesaurus in this help file.

In case you're referring to setting the search thesaurus in Laserfiche Discussions, this is set in the Site Settings tab, which only users with the "Administer Site" privilege can access. Within Site Settings>Search, you can then enter in groups of words that belong together in a synonym group.
