Groups created in LFDS don't show up in Forms

We created some groups in LFDS to make Forms access rights easier to manage. For example, the Accounting group contains ~25 people who need access to all accounting-related Forms BPs, and instead of adding every single user to every single BP individually, we figured we would do it at the group level.

However, after creating the groups and synchronizing in Forms, the groups don't appear in the list and can't be added to BP access rights. What else needs to be done?

Hi Ege,

Have you added the groups as Forms white list groups on Formsconfig -> User Authentication, or added the groups as member of an existing white listed group?

Users and groups must belong to one of the white listed groups in order to be synchronized.

Yes, the groups are whitelisted in Formsconfig.

Can you check if there is error in event viewer when you perform synchronization?

And if you add a new user, will the user be synchronized?
