Use administration console for one repository

Is it possible to limit the use of the administration console for a user to one repository in my multi-repository environment?

I'd like to setup a test environment on my LF server to allow new admins to have a "sandbox" environment.

That's managed via standard Entry Access rights. Might be easier to have a group for your new admins and just give that group plus Admin access to the repository root.
