Update Offline Tables Error

Has anyone ran into any errors like this when trying to add offline tables and running the update?

Sorry for screenshot.  I had to take it from the Android tablet I was using.

Hi Chase,

We suspect maybe some data in your table fail to be parsed and downloaded, could you file a support case and provide a copy of the table so we can debug the issue?

The process in Forms also uses a few stored procedures based on the values from those tables.  

Does offline forms allow for this use of stored procedures as well?  I noticed I was not able to list the stored procedures to be saved offline.  Only tables.
