Hello All:

I am having a challenge with the mobile app and the zoom capabilities.  When I zoom in on a 24" x 36" blueprint, the app only take a certain portion of the file and zooms into it; if I want to move around at the desired zoom level I am unable to peruse the entire document.  I would like help in determining how to fix this issue.  I have tried both zooming in by spreading my fingers on the screen as well as double-tapping the screen, and both ways don't work.  I appreciate any and all help!
