10.3.1 release date?

I couldn't find it on the product roadmap so I figured I'd ask here. Is there a specific release date for 10.3.1? We are trying to schedule upgrades for several of our clients.

Hi Ege, 

10.3.1 should be available to provide for specific support scenarios by the end of this week and will be generally available next week.

10.3.1 is now available.

I am also looking for this information since there is a Forms bug issue we have with a client and was told 10.3.1 would resolve the issue.

Does this release also include 10.3.1 for Web client as well?
