Metadata dialog box

When dragging a document into the repository and the Metadata dialog box pops up, and we assign a template and enter information into the fields, my co-worker does not have the option to click OK to save her changes. I do. Is this a setting or option? She doesn't have the buttons at the bottom. Any ideas? Thanks!

If both groups have same rights, it would be strange. To be sure, check the field rights for each group on the template in question. Select each group under Trustees and see if the Edit right is present for both groups.

It sounds like it's a field access right for a specific field that your co-worker does not have the Edit right on even though they can see the template. If you are both in the same Laserfiche group role, then it's a different matter.

Thank you for your reply. I've got two employees in different groups but they have the same rights. One can add metadata and the other cannot. Strange...
