"String was not recognized as a valid Date Time." Error Occurs When Saving to Laserfiche (Web Client) From Office Integration on Outlook.

Hi there,

      Our clients informed that they found this error while sending email to Web Client from Outlook.

LF Plugin : 10.3.0.467.

Web client : 10.3 (10.3.0.510)

Chrome : 65.0.3325.162 

LF Repository Access : 10.3.0.232

 

Wins : 7 enterprise
Office : Plus 2010.

 

 

Have anyone get experience with this?

Please help!

This is a known issue that will be fixed soon in the 10.3.1 web client (bug# 77142).

Hi Robert,

 

Why Laserfiche provide not SRC Hot fix for this kind of Bug?  And usually what is time estimate to be release?  This is crucial features for our client who are using MS Outlook. 

Please update situation that we are going to deliver customer by this week. Thanks for your update in advance.
