Ok gang, I'm scratching my head a little on this one and I want to see if anyone can make sense of this.

For a very simple example, I have a workflow with one replicate entries activity.  That is all that's in the workflow.  Source is Repo1 and destination is repo2.  If I point the starting entry to a document, the workflow succeeds, however it doesn't actually replicate the file.  If I change the settings to copy documents "for each folder" under the folders area, it works.  However, the starting entry is a document, not a folder.  Why do I have to enable this for it to work?
