We need to set See Through Redaction rights set on two different levels.  Members of the Accounting group redacts credit card information and all other staff should not be able to see through their redactions anywhere in the repository.  The Legal group needs to redact information in their own files/folders and anyone in the Legal group needs to be able to see through redactions set by other members of the Legal group.

If we give the Legal group See Through Redactions rights in their folders, will the see through rights also apply to redacted documents forwarded into their files by Accounting?
