I need to fill a table in a form with data from various other forms that I collected in a workflow. I followed the instructions in this other post and got pretty far along, and it worked when I manually entered in data into my workflow. 

However, now I'm running into an issue in my workflow where it will find all the entries it needs to pull data from but it's not populating all the data from the entries into the form. So I'm wondering if something is set wrong within my WF and the appending of token values because I can see it's not transferring all the variable values to the form. 

Any thoughts?
