The customers Laserfiche system was installed two years ago and since this
time has had an issue where authentication stops working and they have to
restart the Laserfiche Server Service to fix this issue.
1 year ago we implemented a script to restart the service in conjunction
with their Server Monitoring tool which has provided some relief where at
least the process is automated when the monitoring tools recognizes the
issue.
