Laserfiche Scanning hitting enter twice from the document name field moves cursor to first field

Hi, 

 

I recently upgraded one of my customers from 9.2.1 to 10.3. The scan operator there is saying that she could previously hit the enter key twice after naming the document, and it would move the cursor down to the first field. I don't have a 9.2.1 system that I can verify if it worked that way. Can anyone verify if this was actually the functionality, and if there's a way to restore it in 10.3? Thanks in advance for any help.

Thanks for reporting this, Brian!

It looks like the feature broke between 10.2.1 and 10.3. This bug has been filed with reference #77535. As a workaround your scanner operator can use the "tab" key (4 key presses) to get from document name to the fields, or "enter" and then "tab" in 2 key presses
