Inclusive Gateway Duplicated Task

I have made a process using inclusive gateway, the idea is to wait for all the tasks with which I start the process, for this I have put an inclusive gate task at the beginning and one at the end of it, followed by a task (marked in red). The problem is that this activity is duplicating and we do not find the reason for the error, any idea?

Hi David,

This is a known bug (step after the merge inclusive gateway is trigger twice after perform the user task which has multiple outflows) in 10.2.0.834, 10.2.1.246 and 10.3.0.975, and the bug would be fixed in the coming 10.2.0 Update 2, 10.2.1 Update 3 and 10.3.1. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Looking for the bug number on this issue. I don't see it listed in the 10.3.1 release notes. So I am not sure what version fixed the issue but I am running 10.3.0.975 and am experiencing the issue.

Thanks Alex. Is it also for sure included in the 10.2.1.205 package? My colleague Simon is having the same issue with one of his clients. I see that it is listed, but I can't get his process to reflect that it has been fixed.

I upgraded the client to Forms 10.4.1 and the issue is resolved.

Good Day,

I ran into this issue in forms version 10.2.1.205. I updated the forms version to 10.2.1.290 (Update 3), but the duplicated task after submission of the initial task still occurred. Apart from upgrading to forms 10.3.1 is there a hot fix available for the issue?

Simon,

We can continue working through the support case you opened. If the issue you're seeing is still occurring after updating to Forms 10.2.1.290, then you may not be running into the same issue that this thread is about.
