Upgraded from Avante to Rio and can not login to profile from IA configuration. Get this error. Tried repository user or windows authentication.

Created new license file. Changed service account in services, for import agent service. Seems like that fixed it. Thanks for your responses.

It sounds like your serial number has changed in the move. You need to generate a new license for Import Agent using the Rio license manager.

A case was opened for this issue and the license files for the LF Server and Import Agent were good. Restarting the services resolved the issue.

Hi Steven, I have the same issue. Tried renewing my master license, regenerated the license and restarting the services. The issue still persists. Please can you help or do I have to open a case?
