Exporting PDF is not downloading with the same title as in LF

When exporting a bunch of documents as PDF from Laserfiche in Web Access, the files in the zip file do not have the same names as in the LF repository. Especially the first 4 documents. No matter which folder we download it from, this keeps happening. Is there is a setting that does this? If so, how can we change it to make sure the downloads keep the same title?

Can you tell what document or character in the name seems to cause this? Web Access 10.3 would do this for characters outside the normal character set, but I don't see anything unusual in your listing. We've made a change for the upcoming release that should let it handle any entry name.

There were no special characters in the titles in any folder. We are running on 9.2 currently. Is this a known issue ? Which latest version will fix this ?
