incorrect export report date format

Hello,

I have set a template field to short date format and generated report exports keep showing following format: 2018-02-26T00:00:00  

I understand that the T00:00:00 is the time format, however if I'm defining only short date why is this displaying?  I tried changing the format to custom and still shows.  Any help appreciated.

Assuming this is the web client, this should be fixed in the upcoming 10.3.1 update (bug# 57853).

Ahhhh.  Thanks Robert!  We are planning an upgrade this summer.  Thanks again.  I will try to remember to check the bug list before posting next time :) Have a great one!

Hi Robert,

Can you please advise if this has been fixed yet?  We appear to have the same issue with the Web Client in the latest Rio installer (downloaded in August) - template short dates are in the wrong format, e.g. 2018/09/04 00:00:00, all other Web Client dates are in the correct short date format - and I can't see the bug fix reference in the Update 1 description.

This works for me on the 10.3.1.51 web client.  I am generating a report containing a date field formatted as a short date and the report formats it correctly. I tried "Excel" and "Table" report formats. Please open a support case so we can troubleshoot this further.
