After submission of a User Task approval form some of our forms get stuck on the "Loading" screen, which you typically only see for a moment before the read only copy of the form shows up. It seems to happen after submitting attachment-heavy forms, although it seems to be a new issue considering we've had these same forms in use for a while.

It may correlate with our upgrade to 10.3, but could be a coincidence. 

Any ideas?
