Gateway Status In Progress

Hi,

We have a Gateway that is stuck "In progress". Is it possible to move this on or route to suspended?

The Gateway has three outflow conditions based on a field variable. I've checked the form and the field is empty so this would usually result in an XPath error. 

Is it possible to manually push this on using the BPID and InstanceID?

We're running Forms 10.2.1.205. We have restarted the Forms Routing Service.

Hi Dominic,

The only way to fix it is to update database directly and set the gateway status to suspended. You may open a support case for the issue.
