Hello All,

I am having an issue with some PDF's. When we use Universal Capture in QuickFields or just scanning from the Laserfiche Client using Universal Capture the results we get are just the logo not the rest of the document. The logo is a page. All other content is not there. It is consistent with that same PDF produced from that particular WEB-Site. They download that particular PDF monthly. I also found another PDF from another company that the customer downloads behaving the same way. Only the logo is being captured as a page. Any ideas?
