My client recently upgraded to 10.2.1 of LF and web access and were testing dragging items from outlook into web access. They found that while dragging an email works, dragging an attachment file does not. They have to use the Laserfiche tab as a workaround, but would like to know if this is an available feature.

I have a previous post from 2 years ago asking a similar question(https://answers.laserfiche.com/questions/101682/drag-and-drop-attachments#101704 ), but wanted to know if there have been any changes to how web access works with outlook since then.
