Weblink 9.0.1.275 and iOS 11.2.6

Is anyone else having issues downloading documents from a URL for Weblink?

 

We have a client of ours that is having issues with downloading files in Weblink with their iPhone on iOS version 11.2.6.

 

Thanks for any input or help!  Below is a screenshot of the error.

Hello Jon,

 

Would you be able to provide a bit more details as to what type of file you're trying to download? I attempted to recreate your issue, but i was unable to.
