Metadata and Document Relationship not visible when using Weblink on Mobile.

I have a client that wants to be able to view the information highlighted in red on their desktop weblink when viewing in the mobile browser.

Is this something supported in weblink 9? We have installed the latest patches and hot fixes.

Hello Jason,

I was able to reproduce your issue. While WebLink 9 does contain this issue, WebLink 10 is able to display metadata within the document viewer. However, we are aware there may be some responsive issues on certain devices. If you happen to upgrade to WebLink 10 and see responsive issues, we look to address them in our future patch to WebLink 10, slated for April. Please note this date is subject to change.
