Quickfields bulk scanning System.OutofMemoryException was thrown

Hi,

Just want to check if there is a limit on the amount of pages it will scan when processing multiple Bulk PDF documents. 

Scenario, i have 10 bulk PDF's vary from 100 too 2000 pages per bulk document. My session is set to split on Page 1 with QR code identification. 

 

However, it deletes all the documents since i have set it to do so, but it only processes a 3rd of the documents. 

 

So i have scanned it separately and it works fine, but not the large document below. It is 496MB large and contains about 3600 pages. 

 

 

If there is no limit then i will open a support case.

There is no limit (we would enforce it and stop scanning if there was). The error does not seem to have anything to do with the number of documents scanned, but rather it looks to be an issue with generating images from that PDF. That's done using a 3rd party library, so it's hard to guess why that might be occurring.

If you scan just that one document, do you still get the error?

Please open a case with Tech Support and attach the document (or documents) that can reproduce the issue.

I had to split the file into 7 smaller files and it is busy processing now. I will open a support case for this. Thanks

Hi Gert Bester, Is there a solution?, I have the same trouble, i don,t know whats wrong.
