Re - Laserfiche user reported “Unspecified error [6000 :0x80004005]” when trying to export a document.

Hello Room,

I'm not hundred percent sure!!!

A Laserfiche user reported “Unspecified error [6000 :0x80004005]” when trying to export a document.

 

Steps to Reproduces:

  • Open Laserfiche client
  • Go to Main Folder\Sub folder\Sub folder2\Sub folder2\Sub folder 4
  • Selecting  the “Document1 - 2017-1213-0216D”  document
  • Go to File à Export

Error Code: 6000

Error Message: There was an error exporting the image

C:\Users\AdminEEU\Desktop\2017-09-27 Louise Holubar. (6000)

Unspecified error [6000:0x80004005] (Unspecified error)

Hi if you view the document it opens with no errors...¿? If so check the client export options maybe its traying to export it in pdf format but as happend to me some time for some reason it was not possible to convert it so you must try to export it as tif...

The Laserfiche errors was caused by our D drive full.

Thanks for your helps and inputs.   Very appreciated.
