OCR'd a PDF file but has many blank pages

We have a customer that is using the hard client (9.0.3) and is importing a PDF file that contains 37 pages. After being OCR'd, there are many pages that are blank. What may be the cause of this or the solution?

Hi Jonathan, Did you find out what the issue is? We are seeing this as well.

I don't know if it's specifically the issue in this case, but the 9.0.3 Client uses a very old version of the 3rd party library used for generating pages from PDFs, which can't handle various PDF configurations. Have you tried importing that same PDF in a newer client version with your VAR kit?
